Assessor Training Programs

We have introduced a New Professional examination process which is fair and very simple to operate.  The ITDA AE. "Assessor Examiner".

Our assessors are all very experienced; Course Directors or Examiners, Technical Instructor Trainers and Commercial Diving Trainers, who have undergone "Specialist Education & Training", to allow them to assess the quality of every level of ITDA Group Training Programs.

NEW ITDA GROUP INTERNATIONAL EXAMINATION PROCESS (from May 2010)

• New Pre-ITP Exam (Instructor Candidates may pre take the Exam)
• New On-line Instructor Training for advanced theory & Teaching Skills Development
• New Instructor Training Program for 2010 (From May 2010)
• New Instructor Materials
• Higher Level Education and Training

How the NEW Program for Instructor Training will work...

1. The candidate may take the exam on-line or with an IT/CD or AE in person

2. They may then book a place on an ITP (Instructor Trainer Program)

3. The ITP May be conducted by an ITDA Instructor Trainer & Course Director

4. They will then book an assessor examiner to attend the last three days of the

     ITP. The assessor will have a 50% credit for each candidate based on the 

      assessment and evaluation of actual abilities to be certified as an ITDA Group Instructor.

Dive Professional Instructor training with ITDA Group now covers three areas:

1. New / Novice Instructors (Newly certified with less than 1 year pro-experience.)

2. Advanced & Specialist Instructor Development (Instuctors with a desire to train "Specialists".)

3. Training the Trainers - Instructor Trainer Workshops

2010 Will see the development of our unique HIGHER EDUCATION Programs for HNC / HND Diploma Levels for Scuba Instruction as Professional Diving Educators, and in 2011 a Degree Program...
